When we ASSESS athletes, we typically uncover faulty movement patterns which equate to aches, discomforts and athletic inefficiencies. We know that the more athletes move with improper biomechanics, be that in life, sports, or specifically the golf swing, the more susceptible they are to injury. Therefore, post ASSESS, we restore the way athletes MOVE. Every workout and exercise is formulated based upon the assessment. There is no guess work in what we do. Each workout and individual movement pattern has a purpose, with the intention to unleash your potential. Once you, the athlete, move well, you graduate to the PERFORM phase, where we add speed, strength, and power to your customized programming, optimizing your performance. As you develop through our phases, you evolve into a DYNAMIC ATHLETE.
