AMPD MOVE

As infants, we are gifted with optimal movement. Unfortunately, life happens, and our bodies and movement patterns become inefficient. This is where MOVE comes into play. At AMPD, after we ASSESS we MOVE. This is the phase where we re-teach the body how to function and move efficiently based off of each athlete’s body’s specific needs. As we begin to clean up faulty movement patterns, aches, discomforts and ailments begin to subside, everyday life activities begin to become easier and golf swings begin to free-up. This freedom of motion enables athletes to appropriately add strength, power and speed without breaking down.
