Most people move with improper bio-mechanics on daily basis and don’t realize it. Training in the gym or playing sports with faulty movement patterns is an injury waiting to happen. At AMPD, our goal is to produce durable athletes that can move and perform to their potential. This process starts with getting properly assessed. Our Movement Assessment will identify exactly where an athlete is at greatest risk for injury, as well as identifying the true cause of any current ailment they might be suffering from. Once an athlete is assessed, we are able to craft a customized training program that will reestablish proper movement patterns, alleviate aches, and increase performance.
